Paragon

The Challenge
Over ten years, Paragon Design and Construction had evolved from a boutique refurbishment specialist into a full delivery partner for some of London’s most respected developers. They had made the right hires, earned the right accreditations, and built the processes to match. But their brand still told the old story.
They were known for their contracting work. What they needed was a brand that reflected who they had become, a complete solutions provider for developers, while holding on to the relationships and reputation they had spent a decade building.

What we did
We were engaged to design a full brand suite aligned to their long-term business goals. The approach required careful thinking: too radical a change would alienate existing clients; too timid a change would fail to signal the shift.
We designed a new logo and brand identity that retained deliberate visual connections to the original — familiar enough to reassure long-standing clients, evolved enough to impress new ones. Alongside that, we developed a full brand architecture system to reflect clearly where Paragon was now, and where they were heading.
What we delivered
-
Brand strategy and repositioning
-
New logo and full brand identity
-
Brand architecture system
-
Brand book and usage guidelines
-
Full suite of marketing and brand assets
-
Unified content and customer touchpoint guidelines

The result
Paragon Design and Construction now has a brand that tells the right story to the right audience. Existing clients see continuity. New developer clients see a business they can trust with complex, high-value projects. Both responses were exactly what was needed.
